TweakMaster – TWEAKBHO.DLL

Tweakbho.dll is the browser helper object that installs with TweakMaster by Hagel Technologies. TweakMaster consists of an Internet Connection Optimizer, a DNS Accelerator, a ClockSync Utility, and an AOL Pinger to prevent you from being disconnected due to inactivity. If you want these features to work, then leave the dll in place.
