Uninterruptible Power Supply Service - UPS.EXE
Ups.exe is a service provided by Microsoft. It manages an uninterruptible power supply (UPS) connected to the computer. Some USB connected UPS systems don't need this file. If you don't run a UPS device at all, you can safely disable this file using WinPatrol. You'll find it under your "Services" tab.
