Norton Internet Security – URLLSTCK.EXE

Urllstck.exe installs with Symantec's Norton Internet Security. You'll probably find the file in C:\Program Files\Norton Internet Security\UrlLstCk.exe.

This file works with files called urllist or urllist.lu to keep a list of blocked URLs updated. This file should not be removed. In some cases, if Norton Internet Security can't locate this file and can't access the blocked URL list, it may result in Norton Internet Security blocking all web access.
