Voice Changer – VCS3RT.DLL

Vcs3rt.dll is the browser helper object that installs with AV Voice Changer software by Avnex, Ltd. This program makes it possible for you to disguise your voice by changing by changing the pitch and timbre. A voice recorder is included. AV Voice Changer Software 3.0 allows you to change voice input from your microphone, CD-ROM, Line-in, or from other media files like MP3 or Wav. This dll is required for browser integration. If you don't use this program, the file can be removed via WinPatrol or the program can be uninstalled via Control Panel > Add/Remove Programs.
