ViewPoint Toolbar & Media Player – VIEWMGR.EXE

Viewmgr.exe installs with the Viewpoint Toolbar. This toolbar includes a Viewpoint Media Player, a popup blocker, and a search component. It takes you to Viewpoint's Graphically Enhanced Search engine which is part of the ViewPoint Distribution Network. The Viewpoint Media Player installs as a standalone or with some versions of the AOL software. Users report that it is difficult to remove. If you'd like to remove it via WinPatrol, locate it in your active task list and kill it there. Next, remove it from your Startup Programs and IE Helpers.
