Windows Critical Update - WUCRTUPD.EXE

This file is installed when you install the Windows Critical Update Notification from the Windows Update Web site. By default, it check for critical updates every 5 minutes. If you don't want this service, it can be uninstalled via Start > Settings > Control Panel > Add/Remove programs. If you'd like to change the interval, this article tells you how to do so.
