Application Management - APPMGMTS.DLL

Appmgmts.dllervice is a service provided by Microsoft as part of your Windows operating system. It provides software installation services such as Assign, Publish, and Remove. It is often used by administrators who use group policies to control software installations via a network. When you go to Control Panel and select "Add/Remove programs", this service provides the information. The default setting for this service is 'manual'. We'd recommend leaving this file in place.
