Windows Boot Screen Replacment – BOOTSKIN.EXE

Bootskin.exe is the executable for a program of the same name by Stardock. It is designed to safely change the boot screen on Windows 2000 or XP based systems. This is done without hacking or replacing the Windows Kernel. You can substite images from a library of "skins". Currently this program is free for non-commercial use.
