Toshiba Laptop Utility – CEEPWRSVC.EXE

Ceepwrsvc.exe comes installed on many Toshiba Notebooks including the Satellite and Satellite Pro. This service monitors your power status. A file called cepmtray.exe may also appear on your system. It places an icon in your system tray that you can click on to monitor your power status. Many notebook users find this to be a convenient way to check on their battery status. If you find you don't use this, the file can be safely removed.
