Creative Sound/CDRom Controller - CTSVCCDA

CTSVCCDA.EXE is installed with some Creative Soundblaster cards on Windows 95, 98, 2000 and XP. It stands for "Creative Technology Services for CD-ROM Access." This program is notorious for error messages and crashes. We'd recommend removing it and letting Windows supply its own CD ROM Access management.
