DVD Burner Utility – DVDRAMSV.EXE

Dvdramsv.exe installs as part of RamAsst for Windows XP. It's described a the DVD-RAM_Service. This appears to install with the DVD writers by LG, Panasonic, and Matsushita Electric Industrial Co.

You'll probably find both dvdramsv.exe and ramasst.exe in your Windows\System or System32 folder. dvdramsv.exe and Ramasst.exe try to streamline the data trasnfer and memory used when you burn a DVD.

If you have the Panasonic DVD-Ram drive, it may be needed to run the MovieAlbumSE Pro DVD software. More information, a useful FAQ and driver updates are available through Panasonic at http://panasonic.jp/dvdram/english/.
