Multiple Programs – EULALAUNCHER.EXE

Eulalauncher.exe is a file used by manufacturers of several programs or toolbars including Dell, Google, and Ask.com. The idea is for the End User License Agreement to be displayed during installation. The installer won't proceed unless you accept the terms. If you've just installed something, try rebooting your system. If the file still pops up the EULA but the toolbar or program is working normally, the file can be safely removed using WinPatrol.
