Windows CardSpace – ICARDIE.DLL

Icardie.dll (the Microsoft Information Card IE Helper) and icardagt.exe (the Windows CardSpace User Interface Agent) will be found in your Windows\System or System32 folder. Windows CardSpace (formerly InfoCard) installs as part of Windows Vista. It can replace the user names and passwords that you use to register with and log on to websites and online services.
