HP Support Startup – PCHBUTTON.EXE

PCHBUTTON.EXE comes pre-installed on HP Pavillion computers. This program is launches HP Instant Support. This program, in turn, places a question mark in your system tray. By clicking the question mark, you can get context based help. This program is not needed and can be removed if you don't find that you need HP's help services.
