Cyberlink PowerDirector – RICHVIDEO.EXE

Richvideo.exe installs with Cyberlink's PowerDirector 4. This file is used by the MagicCut video editing tool. More information can be found at http://www.gocyberlink.com/english/products/powerdirector/4/magiccut.jsp.

This file doesn't necessarily need to be running all the time. You can launch it when needed via Start > Programs.
