Startup Utility – RUNXMLPL.EXE

Runxmlpl.exe is a program by Wistron that deals with reconciling the hardware with the OS. It may have come preinstalled with your Acer Aspire or other desktop or notebook PC or may be on a startup-recovery disk that came with your PC. The program may run on startup to load special drivers or support for things like function keys on your keyboard. If running Windows XP, this file may not be necessary. If you decide to try removing it, we'd recommend using WinPatrol to disable it under Startup Programs. Reboot your system and make sure everything works properly. If problems arise, simply re-enable the file.
