Speech Properties Control Panel App – SAPI.CPL.MANIFEST

Sapi.cpl.manifest will show up in your Hidden Files list if you're running WinPatrol 10.x or later. You may also find a related file (sapi.exe) in your c:\Program files\Common files\Microsoft Shared\Speech folder. This is normal and safe to have around. Each tool in Control Panel is represented by a .cpl file in the Windows\System32 folder. The .cpl files in the Windows\System32 folder are loaded automatically when you start Control Panel.
