SQL Server Agent - SQLAGENT.EXE
SQLAGENT.EXE is the executable for the Microsoft SQL (Structured Query Language) Server Agent. You may see this file run with command line switches such as:

SQLAGENT.EXE -I MSSQLSERVER
SQLAGENT.EXE -I BILLPSTUDIOS

In general, it is best to leave these files in place.
