Windows Live Messenger – SQMDATA04.SQM

Files called sqmdata04.sqm, sqmdata00.sqm, sqmdata01.sqm, sqmnoopt09.sqm, sqmnoopt01.sqm, and sqmnoopt11.sqm are created when you sign into Windows Live Messenger. If you run WinPatrol 10.x or later, these files may appear in your Hidden Files list.

Some users report that going into setup and turning off (de-selecting) the "Customer Experience Improvement Program" will prevent new instances of these files from being created each time you start Live Messenger.
