Creative VideoFX – STARTFX.EXE

Startfx.exe installs with the Creative Live! Web Cam. It launches the VideoFX program that lets you add advanced video effects such as backgrounds and face morphs to your web cam chats. It's normal for this program to run while you're using your Webcam. It doesn't necessarily need to be running all the time.
