Maxtor OneTouch Backup - SYNCSERVICES.EXE

SyncServices.exe will appear in your c:\Program Files\Maxtor\OneTouch\Utils\ folder. It installs with the drivers for the Maxtor external Firewire (1394) and USB 2.0 Combo Drives. According to Maxtor, "Just press a button and the Maxtor OneTouch drive will make backup copies of your files from your internal drive." If you use this functionality, leave this file in place.
