TClock2 – TCLOCK2.EXE

Tclock2.exe is the executable for a public domain taskbar clock called TClock2. This program lets you change the clock's font and appearance. You can sync your system clock with the atomic clock and you can set alarms. You can also change the appearance of the Taskbar, Start button, Start Menu, Desktop Icons. The author describes changing desktop icons as "glitchy".
