Visicom Media Toolbar – VMNTOOLBAR.DLL

Vmntoolbar.dll is the browser helper object that installs with the VMN Toolbar by Visicom Media. This toolbar includes web search, weather, translation, online games, news via RSS feed, a popup blocker, free spyware scan and URL Error redirection service. Some classify this toolbar as adware or spyware as it does collect personal information and the URL redirection can be considered hijacking of sorts. You can find their privacy policy at http://toolbar.vmn.net/en/privacy.php. If you're really attached to this toolbar, it makes sense to keep using it. If not, it can be easily removed from your IE Helpers using WinPatrol.
