FinalData – WDELMGR20.EXE

Wdelmgr20.exe installs with FinalData Standard version 2.0. This program offers protection against the accidental deletion of important files and directories and a File Delete Manager that automatically makes a backup of files being deleted so they can be easily recovered if needed. Wdelmgr20.exe runs as a service. It creates a .dat file that contains information on deleted files. If ou want the services that Final Data provides, you'll need to leave this file in place. Some users complain that this program results in system slowdowns.
