Logitech QuickCam Driver - LVCOMSX.EXE

Lvcomsx.exe, part of the Lvcomm server, is a driver for Logitech’s QuickCam Home cameras. It allows the camera to be accessed by NetMeeting, Windows Movie Maker, and the QuickCam software.
This file file can be safely removed via Start > Control Panel > Add/Remove programs. But removing it may interrupt the connectivity with Netmeeting and Windows Movie Maker.
