Toshiba Acustic Silencer – TOSCDSPD.EXE

Toscdspd.exe is the CD/DVD drive acustic silencer. You'll probably find it in your c:\program files\Toshiba\toscdspd\ folder. It installs with the drivers for Toshiba's CD and DVD drives. The program offers a speed adjustment that could reduce noise. If you're not having noise related problems, then you don't need this file.
