Windows Update Autoupdate Client – WUAUCLT

WUAUCLT.EXE is part of Windows Update. If automatic update is enabled on your system, then WUAUCLT.EXE runs in the background, querying the WindowsUpdate site to see if there are new critical updates.

If this file causes you problems, you can turn off automatic updates and can look for them manually at http://windowsupdate.microsoft.com.
