This file installs with many Adobe products such as Photoshop. It is part of the "Adobe Licence Management service" created by Macrovision. The licence manager is comprised of Adobelmsvc.exe, adobelm.dll, adobelmsvc installer.dll and adobelm cleanup.0001. Generally the best thing to do to make these files go away is to register and/or activate your product. Removing them with WinPatrol may make it impossible for you to run the Adobe program that installed them.
