Possible Adware – CONDUITENGINE.DLL
Conduitengine.dll and alert.dll install with Conduit Apps and with Conduit Community Toolbars. You'll find more information on Conduit Apps at http://apps.conduit.com/search?SearchSourceOrigin=27. You'll find more information on Conduit Community Toolbars at http://www.conduit.com/Toolbar/Benefits.aspx. Unfortunately many sources identify Conduit based toolbars and Conduit Community Alerts as a form of adware (adware.conduit and adware.shopper.t). You'll find more information at http://www.threatexpert.com/report.aspx?md5=bdb508912c452b3d0a722c1737efced6.
We'd recommend removing these files using WinPatrol. First, kill them under Active Tasks then remove them from your Startup Programs and/or IE Helpers. If using a recent version of WinPatrol, you can right click each file select 'delete file on reboot'. Finally, reboot your system.
With that said, this is not the worst type of adware we've ever seen. So if you're very attached to Conduit-based content, you may opt to leave these files in place.
