Vista Compatibility Temporary File – CTZAPLOG.TXT

Ctzaplog.txt appears to be a temporary file that installs with the Windows Vista program compatibility wizard. This file should be removed when the check is complete. Rebooting your system may get rid of it. In some Windows Vista beta versions, the file remained. If that's the case on your system, the file can be safely removed using WinPatrol. Because it's simply a text file, the contents can be checked in a text editor or word processor prior to removal if you should wish to do so.
