Asian Text Input Editors - IMSCINST

IMSCINST.EXE is the setup program for Microsoft’s Global Input Method Editors. Microsoft's IME is used to enhance Asian Text Input. This makes it possible to work with Chinese, Korean, or Japanese text in Microsoft Office applications, Microsoft Internet Explorer (web forms) and email. You may also see this file listed as IMSCINST /SYNC.

If you don’t need characters in these language, this file can be removed.
