Maxtor Backup Utilities - MAXUTILITIES.EXE

Maxutilities.exe axbackserviceint.exe will appear in your c:\Program Files\Maxtor\Maxtor ManagerApp\ folder. This utility and backup program ships with Maxtor OneTouch and Maxtor Shared Storage external USB or FireWire drives. These drives feature an automatic backup. Simply push the "One Touch" button and all of your files are backed up to the external drive. OneTouch.exe and maxbackserviceint.exe are needed to supports this feature making it possible for you to select files and folders to include in your backups.
