Removable Storage Service - NTMSSVC.DLL
Files called ntmssvc.dll, ntmsmgr.dll, and ntmsevt.dll install as part of the Removable Storage Service, a service provided by Microsoft. If these files are removed or damaged, you may have problems getting in touch with your CD Rom drive, zip drive, or USB-based storage devices.
