Power Shutdown – PSSDNSVC.EXE

Pssdnsvc.exe is the executable PsShutdown, a command-line utility that can shut down or reboot the local or a remote computer. PsShutdown can also logoff the console user or lock the console (locking requires Windows 2000 or higher). This file will need to be running when you perform any of these functions.
