Quicken Installer - QB_INSTALLER_CK_REBOOT.BAT

A file called qb_installer_ck_reboot.bat should only run once after installing and settings up Quicken or Quickbooks by Intuit. This file's job is to check to make sure that your system was rebooted after installation. You can then proceed to software setup (accounts setup, internet connectivity information, etc.). This fiel should not need to be running all the time. Rebooting your system should get rid of it. You can get additional information and support at http://www.intuit.com/support/.
