Microsoft Script Runtime Library – SCRRUN.DLL

Scrrun.dll is the Microsoft Script Runtime Library. It is required when running scripts created in JavaScript, JScript, VBScript, the Windows Scripting Host, etc. If you disable this file, you won't be able to run scripts. This could impact a number of programs and could limit information your web browser can display.
