Trkwks.exe is a service provided by Microsoft as part of your Windows operating system it maintains links between NTFS files within a computer or across computers in a network domain. By default, this file runs as an 'automatic' service. If your hard drive is formatted with the NTFS file system, we'd recommend leaving it that way.
