Norton Cleanup Toolbar Button – WCQUICK.LNK

Wcquick.lnk installs with the Norton Cleanup utility (SymClean) by Symantec. This utility may have installed as part of Norton Systemworks. More information can be found at http://service4.symantec.com/SUPPORT/nsw.nsf/docid/2001101612274407.

This file places an 'Express Cleanup' button in your Intenet Explorer toolbar. To include or hide the button, right-click on the Internet Explorer toolbar and choose Customize. If you want to get rid of the Express Cleanup' toolbar extension entirely, maximize WinPatrol, click on your IE Helpers tab then remove the Wcquick or Symclean entry.
