Modem Driver – AGR64SVC.EXE

Agr64svc.exe installs with the Agere Modem. It is the call progress audio service. The file will be found in your Windows\System32 folder. We’d recommend leaving this file in place unless it’s causing you problems. You may see it described as "AgereModemAudio". Agere Systems has merged with LSI Logic Corp as of 2007.
