PowerDVD BlueRay Service – BRS.EXE

Brs.exe installs with newer versions of PowerDVD and PowerDVD Ultra by Cyberlink. This file is needed when you play BlueRay or HDVD High Definition DVDs with certain types of region encoding. If you never play BlueRay or HDVDs, you can get by without this file.
