'Crap' Cleaner – CCLEANER.EXE

CCleaner.exe is the executable for a program called "Crap Cleaner" by Spazmatic. This freeware program promises to optimize your system by removing unused and temporary files. If you want these services, leave the file in place. If not, you can remove it using WinPatrol or can uninstall it via Control Panel > Add/Remove programs.
