Conduit - CLTMNG.EXE

This program is known as a Search Protect program designed to prevent other programs from changing your default search provider. If you're getting multiple messages from WinPatrol saying your Search provider is being changed it could be this program is fighting with another over control of your search provider. A search on Google results in many websites related to how to remove Conduit but the instructions vary depending on which browser you have. You may need to remove this file using WinPatrol and then look at your browser add-ons menu to remove additional settings.

This program may also be responsible for a toolbar which can not be easily removed. Conduit is known for what they call a "Community Toobar". Like many toolbars this program may be installed if you don't uncheck a box while installing another program.
