Couponprinter.ocx is an ActiveX control that installs with the CouponBar, a toolbar that displays coupons as you browse the web. More information can be found at http://couponbar.coupons.com/CouponBar_For_Windows.asp?pgrep=490.9915.4903.1007796526.

Other files installed include cpbrkpie.ocx, couponbar.dll, couponbarie.dll, cbversion.txt, cbbasis.xml, and uccspecb.sys (not a valid .sys file). If you run WinPatrol 10.x or later, you may see some of these files in your Hidden Files list.

If you intentionally installed this program and enjoy using it, leave these files in place. If not, they can be removed using WinPatrol. First, kill them under Active Tasks then remove them from your IE Helpers and ActiveX Files. If running WinPatrol 8.x or later; right click each file then select "Delete file on Reboot". Finally, reboot your system.
