Naturally Speaking – DGNSVC.EXE

Dgnsvc.exe, dgnuiasvr.exe, and natspeak.exe install with a voice recognition system called Dragon Naturally Speaking. A browser helper object called web_ie.dll may also appear on your system. Naturally Speaking was originally released by Dragon Systems but is now available through Nuance.
