DisplayTune – DT STARTUP.EXE

Dt_startup.exe and dtsslsrv.exe will be found in your c:\Program Files\Common Files\Portrait Displays\Shared folder. These are launch and configuration utilities for monitors that support DisplayTune (formerly ImageTune) functions by Portrait Displays. You can make modifications to brightness, contrast, color, geometry,etc. More information can be found at http://www.portrait.com/us/products/dt_overview.html. When shipped with monitors monitors based uopn the Flatron engine by LG or Samsung, this program is called Forte Manager. Once you have your display tweaked the way you want it, you should no longer need to have this file running all the time.
