HP Partner Applications – HPCEE.EXE

Hpsdpapp.exe and hpcee.exe will appear in your c:\Program Files\Hewlett-Packard\sdp\ folder. You may see these files described as "HP SDP Application Module" or "CEEment". SDP stands for "Services Delivery Platform". HP has signed up with a number of third party companies who offer anything from software to services including Internet access, photo printing, etc. These files are most commonly associated with HP's "Easy Internet Sign-Up", a service that will get you registered with an Internet Service Provider.

If you already have an ISP and if you don't want other offers from HP partners, you don't need these files. They can be safely removed from your Startup Programs and Scheduled Tasks using WinPatrol.
