Quickbooks Sync – INTUITSYNCMANAGER.EXE

Intuitsyncmanager.exe will be found in your C:\Program Files\Common Files\Intuit\Sync\ folder. It installs with QuickBooks 2009 or later and can be used to sync data between computers, locations, accounts, etc. Pavan Maurali, the developer, describes it as a tool that "liberates and leverages the data present on home PC's on to a cloud infrastructure." Intuitsyncmanager.exe places an icon in your system tray that can be used to sync data. If you find this icon useful, then you'll want to leave this file in your Startup Programs.
