Kaspersky Updater – KLIF.SPI

Klif.spi will appear in your Windows folder. This file appears to be part of the update utility that installs with Kaspersky Antivirus and Kaspersky Internet Security. It should only need to be running when you're updating these programs. Rebooting your system after an update may get rid of it.
