McAfee Security Scan – MCCHSVC.EXE

Mcchsvc.exe will be found in your c:\Program Files\McAfee Security Scan\2.0.181\ folder (number will vary based upon version). This file installs with McAfee Security Scan, a free tool that automatically checks and reports if your PC is protected. Your PC's security status is determined by the state of your anti-virus and firewall protection. McAfee Security Scan lets you know if your PC is at risk and what you can do to protect it. It should be noted that this program is not scanning for viruses and shouldn't be used in place of your Anti-Virus program.
