Nobuactivation.exe will be found in your c:\Program Files\Symantec\Norton Online Backup\ folder. It installs with Norton Online Backup from Symantec. Norton Online backup promises a simple and automatic backup of your files from up to 5 computers. Nobuactivation.exe reminds you to register and activate your product. Once youv'e done so, it should go away. A file called nobuagent.exe will need to be running when backing up, restoring, or otherwise accessing your files stored remotely by Symantec.
